• Particularly strong and vibration-proof bearing structure consisting of cast-iron basement and sides.
• Dynamically balanced polishing rolls, by means of adjustable counterweights on the flanges.
• Thermal expansion compensating device for the "amber" roll so as to ensure constant blocking on the shaft.
• Support cylinder covered with a high thickness wool sleeve and a rubber cushion which increases its elasticity and assures a safe transport and an uniform polishing.
• Toothed clutch device for the inversion rotation of the support cylinder.
• Decimal thickness adjustment.
• Pneumatic barrier safety device on the whole working area which controls the immediate stop of the polishing roll and of the support cylinder.
• Locking automatic device of polishing roll protection crankcase during working.
• Safety device which at the opening of the polishing rolls protection crankcase causes the immediate stop.
• Complete dust scavenging system trough an electroexhauster built into the machine.
• Electric device in waterproof cabinet with ancillary voltage of 24 volts, in conformity with safety international rules.
